Complaint Procedure

To report alleged copyright infringement, the complainant must provide a written notice that includes the following details:
  1. Contact Information: Name, address, phone number, email address (if available), and the copyright owner's or authorised representative's physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work(s): A clear description or identification of the copyrighted material in question.
  3. Details of Infringing Material: A description of the infringing material to be removed or disabled and the specific Internet location (URL) where it appears.
  4. Additional Information: Any other information required by applicable laws (if requested).
  5. Good Faith Statement: A declaration that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.

Submit Your Complaint: Important Note: Submitting false or misleading notices may result in legal consequences, including liability for damages (e.g., costs and attorney fees). We recommend consulting an attorney if you are uncertain whether the material infringes your copyright. OShost may take action by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and may notify the administrator of the affected site or content. We may also document notices received and actions taken. Copies of the notices may be shared with third parties or made publicly available.

Counter-Notice Procedure for Customers

If you receive a notice from OShost about alleged infringement, resulting in material removal or disabled access, you may submit a counter-notice. To be valid, a counter-notice must include the following:
  1. Signature: A physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of Removed Material: Details of the material removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  3. Good Faith Statement: A declaration under penalty of perjury that the removal or disabling of the material was due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Contact Information and Jurisdiction Consent: Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in India and accepting service of process from the complainant or their representative.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, OShost will make reasonable efforts to restore the material within 10-14 business days, unless informed of legal proceedings by the copyright owner to prevent restoration.
